Dr. A.C.N. Aruna, Managing Trustee, has more than 14 years of experience as a counselling psychologist, offering counselling and psychotherapy services to help people recover from trauma, develop resilience, and promote well-being. Her passion stems from exploring the complexities of human conditions, problems, and the different perspectives one encounters throughout life. She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with guidance and empathy, supporting those struggling with addiction and mental health issues. This commitment has inspired her to embark on a journey toward a mental health care revolution.

Dr. Aruna aims to share her knowledge and experience to advocate for better mental health care for those suffering from similar issues. She gained extensive experience by working at various rehabilitation and de-addiction centres dealing with addiction and psychiatric problems. Recognizing the importance of mental health, she decided to establish JEEVARAKSHAI MENTAL HEALTH WELLNESS CENTER and JEEVARAKSHAI TRUST in Nerkundram.

She is particularly committed to helping women, children, tribes, and LGBT individuals in need, enabling them to make positive changes in their lives. Dr. Aruna understands the unique challenges faced by women and strives to assist through JEEVARAKSHAI TRUST, which focuses on issues affecting these groups, including abandonment, divorce, rape victimization, sexual harassment, violence, child labour, child abuse, trauma, education, malnutrition, legal awareness, unemployment, and gender inequality.

She wants to help, especially for women, children, tribes, and LGBT people in need to make positive changes in their lives because she too has a variety of obstacles as a woman.

She wants to assist through the JEEVARAKSHAI TRUST which focuses on issues affecting women, children and LGBT including abandonment, divorce, rape victimization, sexual harassment, violence, child labour, child abuse or trauma, education, malnutrition, legal awareness, unemployment and gender inequality.
